  Small and Medium Enterprise International Market Developing Fund (SMEIMDF) is a subsidy that China Government offers for the small and medium enterprises to become more competitive in the international market.
This fund is operated by SMEIMDF Office who belongs to Ministry of Commerce of PRC and directly from Chinese Finance.
NIECO as a authorized exhibition organizer is qualified for applying for fund from the SMEIMDF office. She is able to apply for the fund for those who join in her group. There are 3 requirements for the applying:
1, the enterprise should be a medium or small one, which means its amount of export should be below 15 million dollars a year;
2, the enterprise should be entitled to engage in the import and export business;
3, there are more than 10 qualified enterprises in the group.
