Contract on Participation

    The Contract is between the Organizer of CIPAS and the Exhibitor regarding space renting. The Contract comes into force automatically after the Application of the Exhibitor confirmed in writing by the Organizer.

    The Exhibitor shall fill in the Application Form properly and pay fees within the stipulated time. Otherwise the Application will be regarded as invalid and the fees already paid will be regarded as default fees and will not be refunded.

    The Organizer reserves the right to change the venue and the time of the exhibition due to unforeseen elements and reserves the right to cancel the Application of the Exhibitor due to various reasons. The Exhibitor shall not lodge claims against the Organizer.

    The Organizer shall abide by the relevant laws of the Chinese government including Animal & Plant Quarantine Law, Trade-mark Law, Patent Law and Copyright Law and oppose all illegal activities. The Organizer reserves the right to deprive the qualification of the Exhibitor on site who violates the laws. The Exhibitor shall not lodge claims against the Organizer.

    The space allocation shall be decided by the Organizer, who is entitled to modify the confirmed space and location according to the overall requirements of the exhibition. The Organizer shall notify the exhibitor of the modification in time. The Exhibitor shall not lodge claims against the Organizer.

    The Exhibitor shall not assign the rented stands to other persons at his own will. Co-renting must be approved by the Organizer. The responsible unit who applies for the stands shall bear relevant responsibilities.

    Without the permission of the owners, anyone can not allow to take photos of exhibits. Photographs for the purpose of exhibition publicity are exceptions.

    On site advertisement of Exhibitors shall not exceed the ranges of their stands.

    Items stipulated in the Exhibitor Manual are parts of the Contract on Participation. Exhibitors shall process the matters stipulating in the Exhibitor Manual in time and bear all losses incurred if they fail to comply with the stipulations.

    Regarding the specially constructed stands, Safety Agreement shall be signed between the Exhibitor and Building-up Company; building height and scheme shall comply with the stipulation in the Exhibitor Manual; electricity and material use should be in conformity with the stipulations for fire-fighting safety management; Design Drawings should be handed in to the Organizer before ________ who will report to the Fire-fighting Management Department for approval.

    Exhibitors shall apply for 24-hour electricity-use and bear the cost themselves. Regarding the specially constructed stands, fees for the items like lighting, construction management fees, construction deposit and etc. shall be paid to the Exhibition Center and shall be borne by Exhibitors.

    If any disputes occur between the Organizer and Exhibitors, they shall be settled through friendly negotiations.
Although the Organizer shall arrange staff to go on duty for 24 hours during the exhibition period, Exhibitors shall be responsible for guarding the safety of exhibits against theft. The Organizer will not be held responsible for any losses or damages.
