2, The height limitation for individual aquarium area on the first floor is 4.5m and 5.5m for pet area on the second floor.
3, A charge of RMB20/m will apply to individual booth for construction administration fee to the fairground
4, A charge of RMB350/6A/10A/16A/220V will apply to individual booth during the event for junction box and RMB200/6A/220V/，RMB400/10A/220V for electricity charge.
5, A contract concerning fire protection should be signed by the exhibitor with individual booth and the construction agent, which should make sure that the electricity and raw material for booth construction should abide by the fire protection regulations.
6, Construction plans(floor plan and front view) for individual booth must be submitted to the organizer for approval before July 30 2008.
7,Exhibitors with individual booth must do the payment for electricity application ,booth construction, administer fee for the fairground and construction deposit in due time.
8, A charge of RMB9/m/3h will apply to individual booth considering that the construction is still undertaking beyond the set-up time and the minimum area for charge is 48sqm.
9, Standard booth will be furniture with spotlights, carpet, info counter and three chairs. For extra furniture rental, please check the furniture rental form. Please notify that a surcharge of 50% will apply for the duration of the event.
10, Construction and dismantling pass can be obtained directly from the fairground. Please contact Mr Zeng at +86 20 88800888-7341.
11,Advertising of all kinds is permitted but only within the stand hired by the exhibitors.
12,The organizer will provide security cover for the halls. Security cover for the exhibition stand itself is a matter for the exhibitors.
