1, Exhibiting:
Special Decorated Booths: 18th-20th Sept. 2010 (9:00-17:00)
Standard Booths: 19th-20th Sept. 2010 (9:00-17:00)
2, According to the related requirements and Fire regulations, special decorated booths cannot be over 5.5m in height, and the area of each side cannot be over 2/3 of the area of the booth;
3, According to the related regulations, building special decorated booth should pay construction fee, which is 15RMB/SQ.M./exhibition period (25RMB if the decoration declaration is submitted after 30th Aug.). The deposit is 2000RMB;
4, According to the related regulations, the following is the electricity charge of the special decorated booths (24hours electricity charge and the application will be posted up in early August); fax Tab.3 to the designated contractor before 20th Oct.

5, According to the related regulations, exhibitors must sign security agreement with the contractor about the special decorated booths. The decorating material and power using should accord with the Fire regulations:
A. All decorating material must be non-combustible or hard combustible;
B. The exhibitors must install the leakage protection switch and air breaker. The power wire should be ZR-BW and ZR-VV; stranded wire is forbidden to use;
C. The back of the booths must be decorated in order to keep the beauty;
D. All build-up materials should be withdrawn in 24th Sept. 2010 after the closing, or the clearing deposit will be deducted.
6, According to the related regulations, the design paper of the special decorated booth should be submitted to the sponsor and the designated contractor before 1st Aug. 2010; the sponsor will submit it to Fire department;
7, 24 hours power using and its application, booths lighting, construction management fee, construction deposit, etc. are for the exhibitors’ accounts. The designated contractor will deal with the managements of the procedures (See Tab. 2 and Tab.3, if Tab.4 24 Hours Power Using Application and Tab.5 The Cost of Water Using Application are used);
8, If exhibitor needs extra time to decorating the booth, it can apply to the manager of the exhibition Hall (11RMB/SQ.M./hour; the minimum area calculation is 36㎡, over 36㎡ will be counted the actual area);
9, Please apply to the designated contractor for decorating staff cards in 19th Sept. 2010 with their ID cards’ copies (The build-up company will pay the fee, which is 5RMB/each/exhibition period.);
10, The advertisements and exhibits are not supposed to over its own booth;
11, Exhibitors should be responsible for their own exhibits’ security. |
